Resistance Training

Our resistance floor is fully stocked with a large range of resistance machines to help you target specific areas as well as a range of free weights and barbells, these combined with benches, both flat and incline allow you to work your entire body.

The weights floor includes:

  • Wide range of free weights (dumbbells and barbells) in two separate areas. There are also plenty of benches (incline and flat) to go around.
  • Wide range of Cybex pin loaded equipment.
  • Wide range of Cybex plate loaded equipment.
  • Abdominal trainers.
  • Swiss balls.
