Our aerobics room situated on the 3rd floor its comfortable from the moment you walk in, with natural light, large open space and floor to ceiling mirrors there is room to move around while still being closely observed by the instructors.
With classes in the morning, two over lunch and two in the evenings most days, there is ample space for you to fit these options into your daily schedule. We have a wide range of classes at all levels at times designed to fit into your lifestyle and schedule with more in the pipeline.

Yoga (ALL) brings together posture with breath to transform your body, mind and spirit.
Pilates concentrates on abdominal, lower back and overall core stability. Great for improving strength and flexibility.
Stretch is an important part of your exercise routine as this helps promote blood flow around the body leaving you feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Blitz is a total body weights program that tones & strengthens muscles, increases endurance and burns body fat. Suitable for all fitness levels. (Medium Intensity)
Burn & Tone is a combination of interval & cross training exercises designed to tone/sculpt the body and burn fat. (High Intensity)
Circuit incorporates different stations set up give a full body workout, lots of fun in a group environment.
Ab Crunch is a 30 minute class concentrating on your abdominal muscles
SPIN is a cardio cycle class designed to burn calories and work your butt and thighs.
Aerobox is a boxing styled conditioning class that is full of variety and fun.
