Class Description

Yoga brings together posture with breath to transform your body, mind and spirit.

Hatha Yoga is a physical method that uses the breath to link the various parts of the body and the mind producing one functional unit.

Ashtanga Yoga is a system based on the method of Vinyasa. This means it is both a breathing system and also an exact sequence of postures.  It is very powerful, definitely challenging and very rewarding. Ashtanga carries its own inherent dynamic and mystique.  This class will make you sweat!

Pilates concentrates on abdominal, lower back and overall  core stability.  Great for improving strength and flexibility.

Ab Crunch is a 30 minute class concentrating on your abdominal muscles.

Blitz is a total body weights program that tones and strengthens  muscles, increases endurance and burns body fat.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Circuit  is combination of interval and cross training exercises designed to tone and sculpt the body and burn fat.

Zumba The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow calorie burning dance fitness-party. Feel the music and let loose.

Gravity as the name suggests uses your own body weight and gravity to set the intensity using a set of straps suspended from the ceiling. This is a great workout for overall strength and stability.  Bookings are essential for this class.

Bootcamp is high intensity circuit training with that military approach.

Spin is a cardio cycle class designed to burn calories and work your butt and thighs.

AeroBox is boxing style conditioning class that is full of variety and fun.
