Greg is a qualified Amateur Boxing Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach and registered Personal Trainer. He combines many years of experience in these areas with his own background in bodybuilding, karate and kickboxing to create exciting, challenging and enjoyable workouts.

Born and raised in Sydney, Neil is a keen sportsman and former A - grade soccer player who has been a personal trainer and qualified masseur since 1992. He specialises in body building and development, nutrition, weight loss, sports injury rehabilitation, boxing, massage, flexibility, abdominal strength and cardio.
Taking an active personal interest in helping his clients to also improve their lifestyle and diet, Neil's inspirational teaching methods focus on the importance of good technique as the foundation for successful, safe and noticable results.
